HR Update - Payroll / Etc.

We are pleased to announce that for school year 2018-2019 we will be changing our pay periods and pay dates for all employees, and will be implementing an electronic timecard process. Beginning on July 1, 2018 the pay periods and pay dates for all employees will change from monthly payroll to semi-monthly. Pay periods for all employees will be from the 1st through the 15th of the month and the 16th through the last day of the month. All employees will be paid twice a month on or around the 9th and 25th of the month.

In order to help facilitate the semi-monthly payroll changes and to collect and process accurate payroll data more efficiently, beginning on August 16, 2018 we will be switching from paper timecards to an electronic timecard process. All sites will have a designated station where employees will be able to clock in and out to Time and Attendance through Frontline Technologies, this is the same system that we currently use to enter absences. All employees that are required to complete a paper timecard, will be clocking in and out and will no longer need to fill out a paper timecard. Electronic timecards will also be used to record approved extra hours, professional development and additional assignments.

As we fast approach the end of the school year, the Human Resources and Payroll Department would like to be sure that we have the correct address information on file. If you have moved in the last few months, or are planning to move during the summer break please notify us of your new address by completing the Address Change Form, so that we are sure you will receive any important updates that will be mailed over the summer break.
